Overview

The Order of the Constant Star is a group unknown to the party, other than in a passing reference by a half-elf member embedded within a coalition of revolutionaries on the northern Chelish border. The elven order has been around for millennia, dedicated to the preservation of the elves. Whether that extends to the rest of civilization is unknown.
